Owner/Founder of Balance, Cierra Hartman APRN-CNM has been in healthcare since 2008. In 2012 she received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from The University of Toledo. Cierra earned her Master’s of Science Degree in 2019 from Frontier Nursing University with a specialty in caring for women across the lifespan. As an APRN-CNM, Cierra fell in love with helping women feel beautiful from the inside out. She earned her aesthetic nurse injector certification in December 20202, followed by advanced certifications in June 2021 and August 2021.
